We cross-reference your specific site address and suburb against local Sunshine Coast Council planning schemes, zoning rules and building setbacks to ensure your extension or renovation is legally viable.

Step 3: Site Constraints & Particulars

We review your block particulars, including the slope, easements, encumbrances and existing plans and drawings to flag potential obstacles early.

Step 2: Configuration & Structural Scope

Whether you are planning a major renovation or an extension, we analyze your current layout (bedrooms, Bathrooms, Garage) against your desired configuration. We look closely at structural requirements for major layout alterations, load bearing walls and raising ceiling heights

Step 4: Financial & Timeline Alignment

We align your project description and key goals with your estimated budget range to ensure the design can be realistically achieved for that budget.

Our Preliminary Assessment is a strict prerequisite for ensuring your project finishes on time and budget.

Once you submit your project details, the Simplex Building Group team will thoroughly review your site constraints and vision.
